Content scheduling
Opintojakso alkaa aloitusluennolla. Aloitusluennolla on läsnäolovelvollisuus. Aloitusluennon jälkeen tarkastellaan suomalaista yhteiskuntaa ja Euroopan unionia, niiden rakenteita ja yksilön merkitystä yhteiskunnallisena toimijana. Työskentely tapahtuu osin verkossa. Opintojaksolla tutustutaan Kelan tulkkauspalvelukeskukseen, tulkkauspalvelujärjestelmään ja kommunikaatio-ohjauksen palvelupolkuun. Kirjallinen tehtävä palvelujärjestelmistä palautetaan opintojakson lopussa.

Opintojakson aikana työskennellään yksin, pareittain ja pienryhmissä muiden opiskelijoiden kanssa. Oppimista tapahtuu verkossa, lukemalla, luennoilla ja keskustellen sekä tehtäviä tehden. Verkkoalusta Diakle toimii oppimisalustana.
Luennot tukevat itsenäistä työskentelyä. Kurssin kokoaa kirjallinen oppimistehtävä palvelujärjestelmistä ja tehtävien purut.
