Objective

Students
- understand the methods, guidance and supervision of organising social services and healthcare activities and service production
- understand the organisation and methods of organisation in the church sector, third sector and civil society
- are familiar with the most central smart services and wellbeing technology applications
- understand the significance of various actors in service production and quality
- know how to analyse customers’ position and rights in the social services and healthcare service systems
