Palvelujärjestelmään liittyvät luennot valmistavat opiskelijoita tiimitehtävään. Yhteiskunnan ja elämäntavan muutoksiin liittyviä luentoja hyödynnetään keskustelutehtävässä.

Exam schedules
Kirjatentti voidaan uusia opiskelijan valitsemana uusintatenttipäivänä.
Student workload
Alkuinfo (2-3 h), luennot yhteiskunnan ja elämäntavan muutoksista (2 x 3 h), luennot palvelujärjestelmästä (2 x 3 h), seminaari (6-8 h), tentti (2-3 h). Opiskelijan on lisäksi varattava aikaa tiimityöskentelyyn ja tiimien ohjaukseen (n. 2 h) sekä keskustelutehtävään osallistumiseen
