Opintojakso alkaa luennoilla ja ryhmätehtävällä, jonka työstämistä jatketaan itsenäisen työn viikoilla. Kirjalliset yksilötehtävät palautetaan opintojakson lopussa. Jaksolla käsitellään kehityspsykologian näkökulmasta aikuinen oppijana ja vanhuus.
