Content scheduling
Opintojakso alkaa luennolla. Opintojakson alussa tarkastellaan ammatillista osaamista ja voimavaraisia työhyvinvointitekijöitä yhteisöllisesti. Sen jälkeen opiskelijat osallistuvat työnohjaukseen. Opintojaksolla tehdään työhakemus ja ansioluettelo.
Objective
Students will be able to
- use professional supervision methods in the development of practices and wellbeing at work
- utilise their personal resources in workplace development and wellbeing promotion
- demonstrate knowledge of employment legislation and the role of labour organisations and associations
- work in an employment relationship and self-manage
- communicate their expertise and draw up job applications
