Tarkemmat tavoitteet ja sisältökuvaus:
-Opiskelija osaa antaa ensiapua ja ensihoitoa ohjatusti avoterveydenhuollon vastaanotolla
-Opiskelija tietää yleisimmät kansansairaudet ja niiden seurannan periaatteet
-Opiskelija tietää palveluohjauksen pääpiirteet
- Opiskelija ymmärtää asiakasvastaavatoiminnan asiakkaan hoidon toteutuksessa, seurannassa ja koordinoinnissa.
-Opiskelija harjaantuu sekä puhelimessa että vastaanotolla tehtävässä hoidontarpeen arvioinnissa
-Opiskelija käyttää ja osaa ohjata asiakasta erilaisiin virtuaalituen ympäristöihin
-Opiskelija osaa käyttää jokapäiväisessä työssään näyttöön perustuvaa tietoa ja hoitomallia esim. käypä hoito suositukset
-Opiskelija osaa kuvata yhteisön terveyttä vahvistavat ja kuluttavat tekijät ja soveltaa tietoa yhteisön erilaisten asiaryhmien terveyden edistämisessä
-Opiskelija tietää yleisimpien tartuntatautien ehkäisyn periaatteet ja hoidon toteutuksen
