The New Winds of Recruitment course offers insights into various recruitment practices and methods, helping you identify your organization's recruitment needs and plan, implement, and evaluate the recruitment process. You will also learn to apply different recruitment methods and consider the specific features of international recruitment. Additionally, you will gain the skills to plan, implement, and evaluate the onboarding process for new employees, which helps in engaging new hires with the organization. Location and time

Opintojakso on täysin virtuaalitoteutus, ei sisällä kalenteroitua kontaktiopetusta. Opintojakson tehtävät suoritetaan Moodlesta löytyvän aikataulun mukaisesti.

Teaching methods

Opintojakso suoritetaan kokonaisuudessaan verkossa itsenäisesti opiskellen Moodle-oppimisympäristössä

Student workload

Yksi opintopiste vastaa noin 27 tunnin työtä. Mahdollisuutesi oppia ja kehittyä tällä opintojaksolla vie keskimäärin 135 tuntia aikaasi. Koko opintojakson ajalle jaettuna se tarkoittaa noin 15 tunnin viikoittaista työskentelyä. Todellinen ajan tarve on yksilöllistä ja siihen vaikuttaa esimerkiksi aiemmin hankittu osaaminen.

Assessment criteria

Opintojakson hyväksytty suorittaminen edellyttää kaikkien oppimistehtävien suorittamista hyväksytysti määritellyssä aikataulussa.
