- The student is able to name and analyze the key methods and activities in Green Care, and what are the nature’s effects on wellbeing in them - The student is able to take into consideration different kinds of Green Care clients, their needs and goals, and understands the relevance of guidance - The student is able to plan Green Care services or activities for business or organization, based on their own profession - The student is able to take into consideration the key requirements, operating conditions and quality criteria of Green Care activities and the possibilities of networking

Teaching methods
The study is in Finnish. The study is conducted online in the Moodle learning environment. The study is carried out independently at your own pace during the implementation period, considering the assignment dates. The study does not include joint meetings or pair or group work. The study includes online discussions and peer-to-peer learning. The student familiarizes themselves with the theoretical material and completes online assignments to the given instructions. The study requires independent work and scheduling.
Employer connections
The student develops Green Care activities through a company case of their choice.
Student workload
The workload of the study is designed so that one credit corresponds to an average of 27 hours of student work to achieve the learning objectives. The actual time required varies individually, e.g., due to prior knowledge. The 5 ECTS course corresponds to an average of 135h, which is divided into studying theory and information retrieval and doing the assignments of the course.

Green Care – wellbeing from nature 5cr (or comparable, e.g. Green Care Basics 5cr)
Assessment criteria
Approved: - The student completes the learning assignments included in the course within the set deadline. - The student is able to identify and analyse the key methods and activities in Green Care, as well as the well-being effects of nature within these practices. - The student recognises different Green Care clients, their needs and objectives, and is able to explain the importance of guidance skills in Green Care activities. - The student is able to design Green Care service products relevant to their own field, as well as Green Care service business activities in a company or another organisation. - The student can interpret the key competencies and operational requirements of Green Care activities, as well as quality standards and networking opportunities. Failed: - The student does not complete the learning assignments included in the module within the set deadline. - The student does not have the knowledge or skills in accordance with the learning objectives.
