The student is able to - define the necessary services for properties and the roles of various stakeholders in the process - specify the division of responsibilities in housing companies - plan short- and long-term activities for housing companies - implement administrative and service tasks for residential and property companies

Jakson lopputyöt arvioidaan aina noin kerran kuussa.

Teaching methods

Jaksolla opiskelija saa perustiedot isännöinnistä asunto-osakeyhtiössä.

Opintojakso suoritetaan joustavasti ja itsenäisesti Canvas-oppimisympäristössä eikä se sisällä luentoja tai tiimitöitä.

Opintojakso on osa Kiinteistöjohtamisen osaamiskoulutusta. Ilmoittautumalla opintojaksolle opiskelijalla on mahdollisuus Canvas-tilan kautta hakeutua myös muihin opintosuuntauksen opintojaksoihin.

Opinto suoritetaan osatehtävistä koostuvasta loppuesityksestä/raportista.
