Location and time
Dear student, we recommend enrolling in the course only when you intend to complete it. During the academic year, students who have enrolled in the course are accepted approximately once a week. After being accepted, please familiarize yourself at least with the course completion instructions and the schedules of the online workshops. If you have not visited the online learning platform by June 4, 2027, your enrollment in the course may be rejected.
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact the course lecturer. This policy does not apply to students of the Open University of Applied Sciences.
The course assignments can be completed at your own pace. In addition, online workshops will be held according to the schedule in Zoom. It is recommended to participate in at least one workshop. The sessions will not be recorded.
The structure of the workshops remains the same, but the content is shaped by the participants' work. Additionally, the workshops provide an opportunity to ask questions. Therefore, participation is recommended only after completing at least the preliminary exam.

Teaching methods
The course is completed by competing the assignments of the course. The course consists of various online materials and assignments. The course is completed independently. In addition to completing the assignments, it is recommended to participate in at least one online workshop.

During the study period, the student gets to know a project in they own field.
Exam schedules
The course includes five small exams that are available throughout the entire duration of the course. The exams have a retake option.

Qualifications
Previous studies are not required. This is a Learner level course.
Assessment criteria
The course is evaluated on a pass - fail scale. The assessment is based on the learning objectives of the course. At the end of the course, the student should understand the importance of the projects in the field of their own field. During the course, the student has become familiar with the phases of the project, manages the preparation of the budget, understands the different forms of project financing and knows how to apply project management tools. The student must demonstrate that he has mastered at least 40% of the set objectives of the course in order for the course completion to be considered completed. There is no separate feedback for automatically evaluated tasks. Students comment and peer-evaluate each other's applied assignments. Self-assessment is guided in assignments.
