Objective
Students - understand the basic principles and practices of service design and productization - are familiar with the concepts, phases and approaches of customer-oriented service design and productization processes - can use creative problem-solving methods in developing services and products - understand the significance of productization and service design as part of their professional competence identity and economically sustainable action.

Teaching methods
Verkko-opetus. Luento-opetusta, ryhmätöitä, harjoitustehtäviä ja keskusteluja. Webinaareissa tulee olla käytössä oma tietokone ja mikrofoni.

Opintojaksoon kuuluu 2 op:n projekti. Projekti tehdään omalle työpaikalle, omaan yritykseen, harjoittelupaikalle tai opiskelija etsii itsenäisesti työelämäkumppanin. Projektin voi kohdentaa myös oman liikeidean kehittämiseen. Opiskelija saa ohjausta projektiin webinaareissa.
