See the schedule above. The student deepens their knowledge of creativity and is able to recognise the significance of creativity as a future skill and as a source of well-being. The student is able to utilise practical exercises in creative activities in various situations, such as inventing new things, problem-solving, and promoting well-being. The student is able to actively seek ways to make use of and maintain their own creativity.

The student is able to actively seek means to harness and maintain their own creativity.

Content

Creativity is increasingly regarded today as a future skill that is not confined solely to artistic creation, but constitutes a critical component of problem-solving, mental health, and adaptability in a changing world. This course includes, among other topics: - connections between creativity and well-being - concrete exercises relating to the utilisation of creativity to support invention, problem-solving, and psychological flexibility - creativity, well-being, and resilience - creativity as a force for change - nurturing one’s own creativity as a professional and/or everyday skill.

No prerequisites, but it is recommended to complete the course Creativity and Wellbeing 1. (The student recognises and is able to describe the significance of creativity as a resource in life. The student is able to utilise their creativity in daily life to promote their wellbeing and sustainable everyday practices.)
