Objective
The student can identify and explain the significance of creativity as a resource in life. The student is able to utilize creativity in their everyday life and the possibilities it offers for the benefit of their sustainable well-being.
Content
What exactly is creativity and what is its relevance in life? Leverage your inner creative potential and learn how to use it in building your own sustainable everyday life! Through practical assignments, you will examine for example: Definitions of creativity, the connections between creativity and well-being, and the potential of creativity in your own daily life.
Location and time
Completion period: 20 January 2026–10 December 2026 Assessment for the spring semester: 31 May and for the autumn semester: 15 December. The course is located on the Moodle online platform.
