Objective
The student will analyse business
opportunities and business functions in the
European transnational environment through
project-based learning. By the end of the
course the student will be able to think
strategically about leveraging firm-specific
factors and various country differences to
create competitive advantages, formulate and
develop a business internationalisation
strategy, propose and justify an international
business management structure such as
licensing, joint venture, franchising or
subsidiaries, identify and evaluate risks due to
both external factors and the firm's own
activity as well as designing a corporate social
and sustainability strategy.
