Objective

Upon completing the course, the student understands the overall scope of strategic management and the supervisor’s role in developing and implementing the company’s strategy. The student is familiar with the theories and tools of strategic management and is able to promote the implementation of strategies by means appropriate to the operating environment. The student is familiar with the theories of change management and is able to apply them in organisational change situations. The student masters and is able to apply the principles of transformative leadership in changes within the workplace community.
