Objective

Upon completion of the course unit, the student will understand the significance of the digital customer experience for a company’s strategic competitive advantage, as well as the importance of an excellent customer experience as part of corporate culture. The student will be able to utilise agile, customer-focused research methods and will be familiar with digital service channels, solutions, and platforms. In addition, the student will be able to design and produce automated digital processes and to measure and monitor digital customer experiences.
