Objective

The student understands the overall framework of strategic management and how their own work is connected to it. The student identifies different models and tools of strategic management and is able to apply them appropriately to each situation. The student understands, in particular, the distinctive features and different phases of strategic work in the public sector and is able to analyse how procurement is related to these. The student identifies changing competence needs as part of strategic renewal and is able to develop competence in their own work context. The student is able to implement changes in their own organisation, understands the general principles of change management, and is familiar with operating models of transformative leadership.
