Objective
After completing the course, the student will be able to
- assess changes in the operational environment and anticipate their impact on social and health services work, on work communities and organisations, taking into account both the political system and the levels of regional service provision
- lead change processes in a client-centered way when developing services that promote well-being, service processes and innovations, enabling the participation of different actors
- manage diverse services that promote well-being with a developmental approach, taking into account the opportunities offered by digitalization, and manage the service business unit with an entrepreneurial approach to promote better performance and profitability
- build networks and partnerships to ensure sustainable success of service activities that promote well-being

Current changes in the social and health care sector and legislation, megatrends affecting the sector, policy guidelines, national development work, changes in the operational environments and regional service systems
Theory and practice of client-driven services, development of service processes, innovation systems and innovation work
