Teemoihin perehdytään etäluentojen ja verkkomateriaalin sekä oppimistehtävien ja verkkoseminaarin ja vertaisarvioinnin avulla.

Jakso edellyttää asiakastyön ammattieettisten periaatteiden ja asiakasvuorovaikutuksen perusteiden osaamista sekä etäopiskelun vaatimia taitoja.
