Objective
Students
• know how to identify a need for new services and products within the social, health and church sectors
• know how to develop a project or business concept
• know how to complete project applications within their own field
• are familiar with various business entity types and the procedures related to setting up and running a business
• are familiar with the principles of social entrepreneurship
• are familiar with the financing and assessment principles of projects and business operations are familiar with the communication principles related to projects and business operations
• the basics of quality and supervision of projects and business operations within the social and health sectors
• know how to apply methods of joint development.

Opintojakso sisältää tehtäviä, joiden sisältö koostuu seuraavista aiheista:
• monituottajamallit, laatu ja valvonta
• projekti- ja hanketoiminnan rahoitus ja arviointi
• projekti- ja hankehakemusten laadinta
• viestintäsuunnitelman laadinta
• palvelumuotoilu
• yrittäjyys ja yrityksen perustamisen perusteet
• sosiaalinen yrittäjyys
Tehtävien jälkeen, sisällöistä on verkkotentti.

Tämä toteutus on ns. suurryhmätoteutus HAN -opintojakson osalta. Tämä tarkoittaa opiskelijan kannalta seuraavia asioita:
*kurssilla ei ole luentoja tai ohjausta opettajien kanssa
*kurssin tehtävät suoritetaan itsenäisesti omalla aikataululla opppimisalustalla
*kurssi toteutuu 9.10.- 26.11.2023
*kurssiin sisältyy orientaatio 10.10. klo 13.00-14.30; orientaatioon osallistuminen ei ole pakollista ja orientaatiosta tehdään tallenne
Toteutustavasta johtuen opiskelu vaatii opiskelijoilta vielä normaaliakin enemmän itseohjautuvuutta ja omien aikataulujen hallintaa.
Evaluation methods and criteria
Tentti, tentin numeraalinen arvosana on samalla myös koko opintojakson arvosana. Arvosanan saaminen edellyttää, että kaikki opintojakson tehtävät ovat hyväksytysti suoritetut.
