Content scheduling
Students attend placement orientation at campus prior to the placement. Individual online supervision takes place during the placement. Placement reflection is after the placement at campus.

The students will be able to

- work with people of diverse cultures and faiths in an ethical and professional manner
- address the needs and issues faced by diverse groups in different communities
- apply multicultural competences and skills with different individuals, groups and communities
- apply intercultural communication and culture sensitivity in working life
- use different community development methods including non-discrimination, anti-oppressive practice and equal treatment
- critically reflect on personal and professional values and own professional development

Teaching methods
Placement orientation, placement, supervision, reflective workshops, placement reflection.
Two online reflective workshops during the placement period. Dates for the reflective workshops are given in the beginning of the placement by supervising teachers.
PRA3 placement can take place in project work or similar in the social services field that does not involve direct client work.
