Content scheduling
Opintojaksolla valmistaudutaan erilaisiin tulkkausharjoituksiin sekä harjoitellaan paritulkkausta opiskelutulkkaustilanteissa. Opintojaksolla syvennytään monologitulkkauksen, dialogitulkkauksen ja kokoustulkkauksen käytäntöihin. Opiskelija laajentaa eri ammattialojen sanastoja/viittomistoja tulkkausharjoitusten avulla. Opintojaksolla tutustutaan vaativan tason tulkkauksen piirteisiin.

Opintojen suorittaminen edellyttää laajaa viittomien sanavarastoa ja vahvaa tulkkauksen perusteiden hallintaa. Lisäksi opiskelijan tulee tuntea viittomakieliset asiakasryhmänä ennen kelpoisuuskokonaisuuden aloittamista.
