Students
• are familiar with various work orientations within social customer work and know how to act to strengthen inclusion in social customer work
• know how to use methods of social guidance and service counselling to support individuals and families in different life stages and situations
• learn group instruction skills and community-based methods
• know that anticipation and proactive prevention are the basis for safe interaction
