• know the strategies and megatrends of digitalisation and understand the possibilities of AI in social work
• know the key digital services in social work and how they meet the needs of customers
• know how to apply professional interaction and guidance skills in digital operating environments
• know how to take into account legislation and ethical principles in digital services in social work
• know how to develop their digital competence
