Objective

The student will:
• Understand strategic processes and the principles of entrepreneurship and business management in the interpreting sector
• Understand the specific features of utilising technology, digitalisation, and artificial intelligence in interpreting, and know the principles of secure operations
• Be able to productise services, manage the productisation process, and evaluate service quality
• Understand the principles of procurement and tendering in a changing society and interpreting sector
• Recognise the specific features of interpreting business and opportunities for profiling
