Objective

After completing the course The Potential of Feedback in Leadership, you will be able to give more structured feedback and recognize your own strengths as both a feedback giver and receiver. You will also understand the importance of psychological safety and motivation for productivity in the workplace.

Content

At the core of leadership is both giving and receiving feedback. Feedback develops interaction, the working climate, and psychological safety in the workplace. These, in turn, also influence organizational performance.

The course covers the following topics:

- Different forms of feedback
- The role of motivation in leadership
- Perspectives on commitment and engagement in supervisory work
- The foundations of psychological safety
