Objective
Upon completion of the course, the student understands the significance of controlled and deliberate development work for an organisation’s operations. The student identifies the underlying assumptions of different development approaches and their potential applications. The student is able to plan and implement development measures within an organisation and to assess the effectiveness of different development measures in change processes. The student is able to apply the core contents of the course in their own development project.

The student has performed well overall in the course assignments. They have been an active learner both individually and within a team. The student has demonstrated the ability to apply knowledge and practices acquired from the literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks analysing and developing working life.

The student has completed all components of the course unit with distinction. They have demonstrated interest and motivation to learn both individually and as part of a team, and have shared their competence with others. The student has mastered the course content and applies what they have learnt from the literature, lectures, and other sources skilfully in tasks that analyse and develop working life.

The student has completed the learning assignments for the course unit and has demonstrated, through them, an adequate command of the unit’s core content. There is considerable scope for improvement in applying this to workplace situations and/or in sharing their competence.
