Objective
Upon completion of the course, the student understands the significance of controlled and deliberate development work for an organisation’s operations. The student identifies the underlying assumptions of different development approaches and their potential applications. The student is able to plan and implement development measures within an organisation and to assess the effectiveness of different development measures in change processes. The student is able to apply the core contents of the course in their own development project.
