Objective
Students will be able to
- prepare for interpreting assignments
- use their working languages and interpreting methods in a professional manner (consecutive interpreting methods and note-taking technique, remote interpreting methods, sight interpreting, simultaneous interpreting, whispered interpreted, relay interpreting)
- act as a member of an expert team in different types of interpreting situations
- analyse and develop their performance as interpreters
- assess their practice relative to the ethical codes of conduct of interpreters

Teaching methods
- Opiskelijat valmistautuvat omatoimisesti annettujen taustamateriaalien pohjalta tulkkausharjoituksiin.
- Opiskelijat osallistuvat aktiivisesti tulkkausharjoituksiin ja yhteiseen reflektointiin.
- Lehtorit pitävät harjoituspuheita sekä antavat palautetta ja vinkkejä.

Qualifications
