• Understand the significance of managing wellbeing at work from the perspective of the individual, work community, and organisation
• Recognise the connections between wellbeing, productivity, and the impact of work
• Be able to evaluate and develop leadership practices that support wellbeing
• Be able to act within a work community to strengthen wellbeing and effective leadership
