Objective
The object of the course
Property law as a subject gives you good basic knowledge of the obligations, legislation and legal practice related to immovable property. You will need this competence when working in the banking sector, for example, or as a real estate agent.

The students know the central theories related to this specialisation option. The students possess at least an advanced beginner’s skills in the practical tasks of the specialisation option.

You are familiar with the legislation governing the debt and security system and the sale of properties and understand their general principles. You understand the purpose of debt and security arrangements and the sale of a property. You recognise the legal question at stake in the court case. You master the ground rules related to debt and security arrangements and the sale of a property.

Teaching methods
The course is completed through independent study by familiarizing yourself with the material available on Moodle and by successfully completing the course assignments and exam.
Teaching takes place on the Moodle online platform.
Exam schedules
You can complete the course according to your own schedule. Once you have enrolled in the course and started working on it, we recommend that you complete the course within two months of enrollment.
The course includes a final exam, which students complete independently in Moodle. The final exam is graded numerically.
To pass the course, students must complete the course assignments and the final exam.
