- utilize a company's strategic choices in business planning.
- use useful tools and methods in developing a company's business.
- describe an feasible business model and justify the choices.

- Tools to analyze internal and external factors affecting on business (PESTEL, Porter's competitive matrix, SWOT, Porter's five forces)
- Define the company's strategic choices (mission, vision, responsibility, competitive strategy, brand story)
- Value Proposition Canvas for identifying and responding to customer needs
- Business Model Canvas for business model description

Materials

Learning material is on the Moodle.

Teaching methods

Non-stop virtual implementation, completely online. The course is completed on its own schedule during the academic year. Includes exams and written reflection assignments. No contact teaching.

Employer connections

Assignments are based on work life, such as companies, networks and self-knowledge as an entrepreneur.

Exam schedules

The implementation consists of three modules, one of which contains an exam and two modules a wider written reflection assignment.
