Objective
A student who has completed this course or has acquired equivalent competence will be able to:
- utilize a company's strategic choices in business planning.
- use useful tools and methods in developing a company's business.
- describe an feasible business model and justify the choices.
Content
- Tools to analyze internal and external factors affecting on business (PESTEL, Porter's competitive matrix, SWOT, Porter's five forces)
- Define the company's strategic choices (mission, vision, responsibility, competitive strategy, brand story)
- Value Proposition Canvas for identifying and responding to customer needs
- Business Model Canvas for business model description
Qualifications
Key competence: Entrepreneurship and business course or similar skills.
Suitable for combining with other entrepreneurship studies, but also suitable for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, regardless of the studies.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
- The student knows the models and methods of developing a business idea.
- The student identifies ways to implement a strategy.
- The student knows the basic elements of commercialization.
- The student identifies potential customer profiles.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
In addition to the above, the student knows how to use development models and methods of the idea, create a business model from an idea, segment customers accordingly and identify their potential.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
In addition to the above, the student will be able to develop their idea and business model in depth, in a customer-oriented and systematic manner, commercialize the idea, and create a plan for the further development of the idea and business model.
