Objective
After completing the course, the student will be able to
- analyse ethical questions and the implementation of equality in the management of services for older people
- evaluate the opportunities and challenges of ethical leadership, as well as assess the effects of ethical factors within the work community and sustainable solutions in developing the work community
- apply research knowledge in strengthening the ethical competence of the work community.
Content
The study unit includes the following learning modules:
- Equality in services for older people
- Ethical competence and skills in the work community
- Sustainable leadership and development of ethical competence in the work community
- Addressing ethically challenging situations in the work community
