Location and time

Materials

Teaching methods

The study unit is delivered entirely online as a self-paced, continuous Moodle course. Study progresses in modules according to the student’s own schedule.

In each module, the student familiarises themself with selected materials (e.g. articles, videos, and other expert content) and completes a reflective or applied assignment related to the theme. The assignments are linked to the student’s own working life or experiences and support the structuring of their thinking.

During the study unit, the student analyses their own operating environment, examines phenomena related to diversity from different perspectives, and applies the principles of inclusive and fair leadership to practical situations.

At the end of the study unit, the student consolidates their learning in an applied assignment in which they identify areas for development in their own practice and define concrete measures.

The course provides the student with an understanding of the theory of diversity management and practical solutions. The student identifies ways to apply what they have learned in their own environment. The student’s self-reflection and critical thinking are strengthened.
