Students

• know how to use professional methods in supporting children and families in diverse and multicultural settings
• know how to strengthen the educational collaboration
• have knowledge of and adhere to data security and protection as well as practices related to customer safety
• have knowledge of the parties of day care and early childhood education and recognise the role of network-based and multi-professional work in practice
• know how to work as a member of a multi-professional team in diverse and multicultural settings
• know how to work in their chosen setting with a goal-oriented and reflective approach.
Student workload
Harjoittelun aikana toteutuvat työnohjaukselliset pienryhmät, opiskelijan ohjauskeskustelu ja loppureflektio.
Harjoittelun aikana toteutuu opiskelu työelämässä, reflektointi viikottain työpaikkaohjaajan kanssa ja reflektointiin valmistautuminen sekä oppimispäiväkirjan työstäminen.
Qualifications
Edellytyksenä hopsin mukaisesti harjoittelua edeltävät opinnot (1-3 lk) suoritettu. Lisäksi suuntaavista opinnoista (4 lk) tulee olla vähintään puolet suoritettuina.

HAR 1 tulee olla suoritettuna ennen HAR 2 harjoitteluun lähtöä. Poikkeuksena tästä on opiskelijan henkilökohtaiseen HOPSiin kirjattu poikkeava harjoitteluiden järjestys.
HAR 2 voi käynnistyä, kun vähintää puolet suuntaavista opinnoista on suoritettuna. Tällä tarkoitetaan oppimistehtävien jättöä arvioitavaksi.
HAR 2 harjoittelun voi suorittaa työsuhteessa. Tästä on oltava allekirjoitettu sopimus ennen harjoittelun alkua.
Harjoittelun voit suorittaa myös lukukauden ulkopuolella (kesäharjoittelu) oman Hopsisi mukaisesti noudattaen Diakin harjoitteluohjeita
