Objective
The student will be able to:
• Analyse national and international competence requirements in diverse, constantly changing multidisciplinary environments
• Identify their strengths and areas for development in expertise
• Enhance self-leadership skills
• Utilise mentoring to support the development of their expertise
Content
• Current national and international master’s-level competences and requirements; recognition of changing trends in working life
• Setting personal development goals and creating a development plan; making use of study guidance and support
• Peer mentoring as a tool for examining and developing individual and collective expertise
